New update for the #1 HotSpot on Xat

So, as you may or may not know we have been working on re-designing Red Lounge with the “user” in mind over the past few weeks. Here are some of the changes you may find in Red Lounge V10.1:

Chat

RedSpace, Youtube, Photobucket, Facebook, Help, & Comments Section now updated on our Xat.com/RedLounge site
Contest: 1000 Free Monthly Xats Contest hosted on Xat
Red Lounge website links now included on the homepage for quick & easy access to all of our features
Members will now be able to buy Mod for 100 xats/ 10 days or Owner for 250 xats/ 25 days

Forum – New rank images [Credit to Rousland], new forum sections, better design
Music Videos – Now included in Blog section, so that music videos are better included into the website. More vids added regularly

Finally, it is here.

After working hours and hours to create a site for all Red Lounge members, we have finally finished the first official website for Red Lounge, which is being launched on Sunday, July 5th, 2009.

This site includes all previous features, such as Red TV, Chat box, and guestbook, but will also include tag boards, daily news, media, forums, and contests.

Live shows on Red TV begin in September so stay tuned for upcoming shows & updates.

New Forum: Smooth Look & Feel

Our new forum has just been created! We are updating & trying to get more members to this new forum. The theme is the same. However, this new forum is much easier to use & has an awesome look & feel. Brand New Myspace App!

After a week of developing and programming on myspace, we finally finished building our very own myspace app! We received an email this morning from the myspace developer team stating that our app has been approved. It took some time to get all the codes right, but our app came out just perfect. So, instead of having to copy and paste codes into your profile to chat with us, all you have to do is install our app and chat away. We hope to create red lounge games and contests as myspace apps to allow members to win xats and subscription days on Red Lounge. We also have links on the Red Lounge myspace app which include: the official Red Lounge site, our forum, our blog, smilies, sounds, help, and more! The chat skin shows “xat.com/redlounge” in the text box and shows “buddy list” in the visitor section. It also has a smooth background and cooler look and feel. Gossip News!

Like every social scene, whether it is a club or chat room, there is always gossip. It kills and destroys, corrupts and manipulates what people think of others. So, I’m here to set the record straight about the gossip on Red Lounge. All of this comes from what I see and hear at Red Lounge. Some information may or may not be false.

As some of you may know, Club-Ignition’s owner has recently stated that he is “taking over” xat.com After visiting several chat rooms, such as xat.com/illusion, you can see Club-Ignition spamming and trying to intimidate other owners. They have also spammed in the LOVEseeker, PULSEradio, and VIPSonly chat rooms. In protest, the best, most organized, and user-friendly chat rooms are partnering up to make our chats better and come up with more ideas to get members and keep xat in the hands of people who are trying to improve chat rooms not destroy others. As far as we know, Club-Ignition may be an okay chat, but their dirty tactics are making Club-Ignition a corrupted chat room full of haters and wannabes. Maybe after they stop spamming they might be considered a decent chat room.

In other gossip news, there have been a lot of relationships on xat. Blaze and Clary started going out on August 4, 2008, and Teddy and Kristina on August 8, 2008. Sandy and Andrew began going out on the 14th of August. However, it’s still not known if they are still together or not. Other couples of 2008, are Nena and Omar, Emmy and Alex, and more. We wish these couples the best of luck. =]

Thirsty for more gossip? Well, there are rumors that Red Lounge was closing down. These rumors are false. Red Lounge is trying to improve every week with more & more features to entertain its members. We are currently researching new ways to find more & more members. So, we are not closing down anytime soon.

Johnny ‘Blaze’ Rivera back with a new post on our brand new customized blog. After several months of hard work and various polls, Red Staff has decided to keep Red Lounge up and continue our mission on becoming the hottest chat room site to ever get published online.
